The LESCO 101186 High Wheel Walk-Behind Fertilizer Spreader is considered by professional landscapers in the lawn care industry as the premier choice and industry standard spreader for quite some time now. With an all stainless steel frame and 80 lb. hopper capacity, the LESCO 101186 Walk-Behind Spreader can handle the toughest lawn spreading tasks. Fill the hopper with granular fertilizers and grass seed to feed lawns in the spring and summer. In winter, you can spread ice melt or dry free-flowing salt on walkways, pathways, driveways, etc. to prevent slipping accidents. The handles can be adjusted to three different positions to accommodate to users of all sizes. The oversized tires, which have no rust rims, increase stability and provide excellent traction on taller, thicker, and rougher lawns. The unique cam-operated oscillating agitator improves product flow and sweeps beyond the hole openings in both directions, helping eliminate product bridging and damage. The 5:1 gear ratio and enclosed gearbox provides even product distribution, while protecting the gears from dust and debris. Includes a manual deflector to keep your materials from spreading on the right side. This bundle includes a N2320 Ultra Plus Impeller to replace or upgrade the standard impeller on the LESCO 101186 Push Spreader. With a new and improved design, the Ultra Plus Impeller addresses two main issues with the standard impeller: sticking and impeller wobbling. Now stronger than ever, the Ultra Plus Impeller is made with virgin poly resins to help reduce impeller wobbling as the impeller begins to wear. Small gussets have been added to the vertical ribs to increase strength and reduce buildup at the ribs' sharp angle. This impeller wobbling and sticking are the two main causes of uneven spread patterns with the LESCO spreader. Note: LESCO 101186 replaces 091186.
