Set of 3 Polishing Filtration Pads for the Buon Vino Mini Jet Filter.
Pad 2 - Polishing Filtration - Red Packet. This is for wines that have been left to fully clear and now need polishing to remove nearly all the particulates that might be floating around. These filter pads are suitable for use on white wines and nearly all red wines except very heavy bodied or desert wines.
These filter out particles that between 1.5 - 2.5 microns.
You can use the Polishing Filtration Buon Vino Mini Jet Filter pads if your wine looks crystal clear. This will help remove microscopic particles that are still in your wine. After filtration, your wine will sparkle.
You need to use a set of 3 of the same gauge pads per filtration.
There are 3 different grades of filter pads and you need to use 3 (of the same grade pad) on each filtration. The pad choice depends on the amount of particulates suspended in the wine and the level of filtration you want to achieve.
