AlcoEngine Copper Alembic Distillation Lid | 6mm Gasket

The Alembic Copper Domed lid will help you achieve a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit by helping to remove unwanted sulfur compounds. The large copper surface area acts as a catalyst with distilling vapor to enhance and concentrate flavors and aromas during the distilling process. Primarily intended for use with the Copper Pot Still, but it can also be used with the Copper Reflux still if desired.

Note: This lid uses a 6mm gasket to better fit the Gen 4 BrewZilla and Gen 2 DigiBoil. It is also backwards compatible with Gen 3 and older BrewZillas and Gen 1 DigiBoils. To improve the seal further, we highly recommend using the Adjustable Lid Clamps with the Distillation Lid if your unit does not have them.

Please note that copper is a very soft metal and can be dented quite easily. Store and use with care.
